John.....I had no idea and know as I track back through these posts, I am reading with tears streaming. Mixed emotions but so admiring your bravery, your resolve, your determination. This is a monumental decision and I am so glad at the time of me writing this, it is "all said and done." Easy for me to say "all said and done" as I know full well the road ahead is still a challenge. You CAN do this and you WILL. The biggest challenge is facing that mirror and admitting something needs to change. I truly hope you realize you are not alone. We all, your friends and family that love you, walk this walk (literally even!!!) with you and will cheer you through each milestone. You truly are an inspiration to all of us in more ways than you will know. God Bless, heal quickly.
